Online Operational System
TipTopJob will supply the operational systems of TipTopJob.com and all
theINDUSTRYjob.com sites on a 24 hour, 7 day a week service where practically possible. The
company relies on direct connections for internet access and there may be times when
this connection or the alternative connection is not available from our provider.
Development of the System
TipTopJob will provide on-going development of the systems to improve the system and
provide for additional features. A range of new features are always in the pipeline
and will be made available as soon as practical.
Online Support Systems
The company provides the back office system as part of the online TipTopJob system. This provides a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) that allows
contact information to be stored against clients with advertiser information and
statistics on the use of the system.
Support Services
The TipTopJob support team is available to the Affiliate to assist in the operation of the
sites. It is anticipated that the Affiliate will provide email and telephone
first line support for their territory with referral to HQ where problems cannot be
solved (i.e. the problem is forwarded by the Affiliate to HQ and not direct contact).
Marketing
The TipTopJob Marketing & PR Teams are available to the
Affiliate to assist in the marketing,
advertising and public relations in their territories.
Finance & Accounting
All sales will be paid through the credit card system so
that money is received in advance. The other alternative will be for
a (International) bank transfer to the TipTopJob account in the UK or
another place where TipTopJob hold bank accounts. When
cleared funds are received, the clients account credits will be activated by the HQ
customer services team automatically.
All accounting will be handled by Global Web
Sales Ltd or one of the local
TipTopJob companies that is defined by TipTopJob. Credit card payments are made through the WorldPay
system and PayPal is also available. TipTopJob
may appoint another card payment provider more suitable in areas where it is more
appropriate. Under no circumstances must any monies for any TipTopJob
services be paid into any other account.
The Affiliate will be provided with a monthly report on all
monies received for the payment period and the commission will be transferred
directly into the Affiliate's bank account on the last working day of the month,
all payments being made one month in arrears of receipt.
Management
TipTopJob LLP will manage all the
Affiliate companies and will work to a financial
plan for your territory area.
Reporting will normally be monthly to the International Sales Director.
User Guide
TipTopJob will supply a "user guide" and other assistance in getting started. This will be supplied once you have been accepted as an
affiliate.
